Step 1: Inquire & Share Your Vision
Send us your inspiration—Pinterest links, color palettes, venue photos, or just a description of the vibe you love. Every story is different, and we’d love to hear yours.
Step 2: Custom Proposal & Quote
Based on your needs, we’ll craft a personalized design proposal. It includes suggested floral pieces, estimated sizing, styling ideas, and a transparent quote, no surprises.
Step 3: Sample Preview & Adjustments
We’ll provide sample photos or videos for your review. If you’d like any adjustments, we’re happy to accommodate,your satisfaction is our priority. We’ll continue refining until everything looks just right. No production or shipping will proceed without your full approval.
Step 4: Final Production & Visual Confirmation
Once you approve the sample, we begin full production with great care and precision. To ensure clarity, we’ll take photos and video of the final setup for example, arch flowers will be attached to an actual arch frame for better visualization. If you’d like any last-minute tweaks, we’ll make them before shipping.
Step 5: Shipping & Arrival Notification
Your florals are securely packaged, and we offer basic shipping included in your order. Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number, and a few days before expected arrival, you’ll receive a reminder to watch for the package and prepare for setup.
