Petaleaf ships artificial floral decor, wedding flowers, event displays and custom floral pieces to customers in the United States and selected destinations. Because many items are handmade, oversized or arranged for a specific event date, shipping details are confirmed before payment whenever a custom quote is required.
Where We Ship
- Petaleaf primarily serves customers in the United States.
- For orders outside the United States, please contact us before ordering so we can review size, transit time, customs requirements and shipping cost.
- Oversized decor such as arch flowers, flower walls, greenery panels and large installations may require a custom shipping plan.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout when available. For custom, oversized or multi-piece orders, shipping cost may be confirmed in writing after we review your ZIP or postal code, package size, item quantity and delivery timing. All prices on the website are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Processing and Lead Time
- Ready-to-ship items follow the processing time shown on the product page or at checkout.
- Custom wedding and event flowers require design review, sample or progress confirmation, production and packing time.
- We confirm realistic production and shipping timing before a custom order is finalized.
- If you have a fixed event date, please include it in your quote request before placing an order.
Delivery Timing
Estimated delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier, package size and whether the order is ready-to-ship or custom-made. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing for your order.
Order Confirmation Before Shipping
For custom floral decor, Petaleaf may send photos or videos before shipment so you can review the design. Once the final design is approved and dispatched, the custom item is considered final sale unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Consult@Petaleaf.com with your order number, photos of the package and photos of the item. We will review the issue and arrange a practical solution such as replacement parts, repair guidance, a replacement item or another appropriate resolution.
