Custom quote requests are reviewed based on the details you provide, such as event date, ZIP or postal code, quantities, colors, venue needs, and inspiration photos. A quote is not final until we confirm scope, price, production timeline, and shipping details with you.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed after payment is received. For custom orders, any agreed custom details should be confirmed before payment. If additional materials, rush production, or special shipping are required, the price may change before the order is confirmed.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
