At Petaleaf, we specialize in custom artificial floral arrangements. To ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, we follow a transparent step by step confirmation process:
1. The Sample Stage: Unlimited Edits
Once you place an order, we’ll start by creating a primary sample. We will send you high-resolution photos and videos for your review. If it’s not exactly what you want, we will keep making changes until it’s perfect. If you’re still not satisfied at this stage, we offer a 100% full refund.
2. Full Order: Final Review
After the sample is approved, we will complete the rest of your order. Before shipping, we will send you photos and videos of every single item. You can still request minor tweaks at this stage to ensure everything is just right.
3. Shipping & Returns
Because every item is custom-made and has been personally approved by you before shipping, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been dispatched.
4. Damaged Items
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement or find a solution for you immediately.
